For CCCAM user

For CCCAM users : 

 1. Currently CCCAM many starhub channels cannot watch , because CCCAM service is updating now , 

 2. Sorry for this inconvenient , we also don't want that , we sell CCCAM package for you , we also hope you can watch smoothly and comfortable , and our engineer also don't want that ,that will add to their workload , 

3.engineer has went to Singapore connect the local engineers to fixing and dealing together. we also not sure how long will it take but engineers need to take time ,  please give engineers time to solve ,engineer flew from China to Singapore ,They not only spend a lot of time and energy to solve problems, but also spend a lot of money. hope you can understanding us , 

4. if after one month , engineer still not fix , we will give you a solution , don't have to worry about that , We will be responsible for all customers who subscription CCCAM from us
