How to update the M3 / V9 PRO MINI cable tv boxs software ?

Hello All M3\ V9 PRO MINI user : 

M3\ V9 PRO MINI use VCAM server , can not watch starhub channels and show service scramble before , and after update the software it can watch directly now .

How to update the software ?

1. we need to remember  the original VCAM account first ,


Press the ''Mune'' on remote Going to ''Plug in''  find out '' Account setting '' press VCAM , and then remember it

2.check the box version ,

Going to ''setting'' find out '' STB status '' and then check the version , HV03.31 or HV03.35.

Please noted : Please download the correspond  version update file, otherwise the box will crash. and before download please formatting your USB disk and check the usb disk has nothing .

such as 331 download 331 update file ,335 download 335 update file 


3. Insert the usb disk into the box , keep press the + plus button , at  the same time , turn on the box , until finished the updated

please note : power cannot be cut off during the upgrade 

4.After updated,we need to confirm have it updated , press the ''Menu'' on remote , going to '' Setting '' find out ''STB status''  , the ''publish date'' show '' 09-7 2018 21:42:53 '' is latest version. 

5.Press ''Menu'' on remote , going to ''Plug in'' '' choose '' Account setting '' , press the red button on remote delete the vcam account .
and then  exit 

6. Going into '' account setting '' again , press the ''green button'' on remote add vcam and the input the vcam account which you remember before.

7..After input turn off the box , and then turn on it after 10 minutes.
